FCA Cybersecurity Functions

Client:
Federal Cybersecurity Agency (FCA)

Overview:
The Federal Cybersecurity Agency (FCA) is a proposed centralized government agency that would oversee cybersecurity policy, guidance, risk planning, incident coordination, training, public-private sharing, and adoption of best practices. The FCA would aim to improve the nation's cybersecurity posture and resilience against cyber threats.
The purpose of this project is to create a flowchart that illustrates the roles and responsibilities of the FCA, as well as the logical connections between its main functions. The flowchart should provide a concise and informative overview of the FCA's potential scope and impact on the cybersecurity landscape.

Objectives:
The design goals and objectives of this project are:
· To communicate the FCA's mission and vision clearly and effectively
· To highlight the FCA's core functions and how they relate to each other
· To demonstrate the FCA's value proposition and benefits for the stakeholders
· To create a visually appealing and professional flowchart that follows the design standards and guidelines

Target Audience:
The target audience of this project are:
· The policymakers and decision-makers who would approve and fund the FCA
· The cybersecurity professionals and experts who would work for or collaborate with the FCA
· The general public and media who would be interested in or affected by the FCA

The competitors of this project are:
· The existing cybersecurity agencies and organizations that have overlapping or conflicting roles and responsibilities with the FCA
· The alternative proposals or solutions that challenge or oppose the FCA

Deliverables:
· A high-resolution PDF file of the flowchart
· A low-resolution PNG file of the flowchart for web use
· A source file of the flowchart in a compatible format (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
